This Web site is offered to you, the "User," conditioned on your acceptance without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement. Your use of this Web site and your agreeing to "Accept" the terms constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. AGREEMENT TO SERVICES
All of the information you have provided to us is true and complete. You authorize Company to forward your information to either a specific, state-licensed attorney or law firm in Company database or to a network of legal professionals. You understand that these attorneys or law firms may keep this information, whether or not you become their client.

You understand and agree that by selecting a legal practice area from Company’s drop-down menu, and submitting your address, or other contact information, you are extending an express invitation for them to contact you by any method you have provided (telephone, cell phone, physical address, e-mail address, fax number, etc), and you hereby consent to any and all such contacts or calls even if your phone number is on any federal, state or other Do Not Call list.

The Attorney and Law Firm databases integral to the www.RiteLawyer.com web site are created and administered by Company (acting in its capacity as a private corporation) which, by maintaining such database of subscribing attorneys and law firms, is then enabled to attempt to direct members of the general public to the “appropriate” attorney, lawyer or law firm (the word “appropriate”  as used in this sentence is hereby defined as a state licensed attorney or law firm, who or which has stated to Company that he, she or it practices law in the drop-down, selected practice area of law). That when the information you provide does not match with the criteria in the Company database with respect to locating an “appropriate” Attorney or Law Firm, then the information which you provide is forwarded to a network of state licensed attorneys, who are each authorized to review your submissions and contact you with respect to your legal problem or concern. In every case, however, it is your responsibility to determine the extent of the experience of the attorney or law firm with respect to your legal problem or concern and that several attorneys or firms should be interviewed by you before hiring or engaging the services of legal counsel.
  • The decision by you to hire or engage legal counsel should not be based solely on information you may see in advertising or on web sites, but rather such decision should be based on a combination of factors including: your own due diligence in comparing legal services and costs thereof which may be provided by others, asking the attorney for referrals, checking with the relevant State Bar Association, etc.
  • The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and should not be based on self-proclaimed expertise. All potential clients are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered.
  • This site is not a registered attorney referral service in any state or country. As such, all information contained within is intended as a source for finding contact information on attorneys. It is not intended as a competency qualifier or as an endorser of information or claims made herein.
  • At this time Email or electronic mail communications are not recommended as the first means of making contact other than as a method of exchanging contact information. It is recommended that you do not disclose confidential information to anyone on the Internet, unless it is encrypted, as your data is transmitted to many routers that are susceptible to data packet eavesdropping.
  • A description or indication of limitation of practice  (“practice limited to . . . “) does not mean that any agency or board has certified such lawyer as a specialist or expert in an indicated field of law practice, inclusive of memberships and offices in legal fraternities and legal societies, technical and professional licenses, and memberships in scientific, technical and professional associations and societies of law. A designation of a field of practice by us or others does not mean that a lawyer is a specialist or expert in a field of law nor does it mean that such lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer.
  • www.RiteLawyer.com makes no warranties either implied or expressed as to the quality or accuracy of this data, nor does it make any claims as to the use of this data for any particular purpose(s).
You further understand and agree that Company is not licensed as an attorney or lawyer
and provides no legal services or counsel and that the attorneys or law firms in Company database are included in same as a form of advertising by the attorney or law firm which pays a monthly fixed fee to Company to be so included.

Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement with this compensation arrangement and with all of the privacy policies and Terms of Use recited herein and above.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this Web Site, or to the services provided by Company, or to any acts or omissions for which you may allege Company is liable, including but not limited to any claim or controversy ("Dispute"), shall be finally, and exclusively, settled by arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida. The arbitration shall be held before one arbitrator under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in force at that time. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the AAA rules. Should no AAA rule regarding the selection of an arbitrator be in effect, the consumer shall select an arbitrator from a panel of arbitrators acceptable to Company. Any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida. The arbitrators shall not have the power to award damages in connection with any Dispute in excess of actual compensatory damages and shall not multiply actual damages or award consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, and each party irrevocably waives any claim thereto. The agreement to arbitrate shall not be construed as an agreement to the joiner or consolidation of an arbitration under this agreement with an arbitration of disputes or claims of any non-party, regardless of the nature of the issues or disputes involved.

THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND RIGHTATTORNEYS. COM, INC., (owner of the URL “RiteLawyer.com”) WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. Arbitrator decisions are enforceable as any court order and are subject to very limited review by a court. By utilizing Company services you consent to these restrictions.  Should a Dispute arise and should the arbitration provisions herein become inapplicable or unenforceable, or in any instance of any lawsuit between you and Company, the parties agree that jurisdiction over and venue of any suit shall be exclusively in the state and federal courts sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida. In the event  Company employs attorneys to enforce any right in connection with any Dispute or lawsuit, Company shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
